The Clubbell Yoga Manual contains all Clubbell Yoga Poses, Clubbell exercises and other content to help you cultivate a home practice. Expect a bit more theory and principles in the manual, as it is geared toward the teacher/instructor. 

 

Remember, consistent practice will reveal the areas that you need work on. If you find an area that is difficult for you, don't avoid it or give up... Instead, recognize the imbalance and address it in a mindful way.

12-Week Preparation

What to Expect in Your Training Materials:

 

Clubbell Yoga DVD Set
 

This three part follow along series includes all elements of Clubbell yoga, and is key to your preparation for the Certification course. It has a running time of 109 minutes, and each DVD offers instructional cues, demonstrations and modifications. 

 

-DVD 1 includes joint mobility sequences that prime the body for the Clubbell exercises and poses. There are 4 different flows presented that progress in difficulty. These flows are appropriate for any skill level in yoga or Clubbells. 

 

-DVD 2 contains a library of Clubbell exercises specific to the sport of yoga. There are recommendations for how many reps and sets to practice when first starting out, as well as detailed cues for proper alignment. The second part of this DVD includes all of the Clubbell Yoga poses, including modifications for beginners. This is considered hatha yoga, or individual poses without flow. When Clubbell Yoga poses are practiced in the Hatha Format, they can be held for about 5 breathes on each side. Remember, if the breath becomes restricted, back out of the pose a bit and then come back to the depth. 

 

-DVD 3 includes the combination flows, integrating Clubbells into Vinyasa yoga. If you have spent some time practicing the first two DVDs, and feel ready to advance, then and only then should you practice this DVD.
