Clubbell Yoga Instructor from Panama

Sarah Willet

Clubbell Yoga teacher at local women's shelter

As the Clubbell pendulum casts out from Prayer to Side Flag her body aligns into Warrior 2, or perhaps the momentum rises her up into a Crescent Lunge Torch Press and at that moment she determines she is good enough - empowered within the mobility of her structure!  What if she determines she is perfect and valuable today, tomorrow and everyday that follows.  And what if that new mobility, self initiated, becomes an inner strength not to be feared, but shared with her children, rooted into the earth, indomitably willed to carry into her life’s journey on and off the ‘mat’ - connecting and restoring her clarity of mind and body that shares “our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure”.

This is why I took my Clubbell Instructor Training to the Lighthouse Mission/ Agape House (transitional home for women and children).

THESE WOMEN ARE ROCK STARS @ LIFE IN ACTION

Can you imagine just one woman in this fragile environment showing up to the new idea of taking a strength building and restorative yoga class?  Not because I’m instructing but because she’s in a place of love & compassion, accountability & personal growth, and the mountain of life’s complexities and trials is available to safely approach and conquer.
